Deborah is a natural change agent with a heart for team collaboration. In the workforce, she saw challenges and hurdles created by people who simply lacked interpersonal skills. With a vision of being part of a positive change, Deborah founded Quest Executive Services in 2016.
Today, she connects leaders and teams to transformational tools and supports them along their unique journey to positive change.

Meet Kristina
Kristina's passion for serving and helping others has led her to a career in fitness as a Certified Personal Trainer and an Executive Assistant for various different individuals in the leadership development industry.
This is what brought her to Quest – helping others change lives through an increase of effective leadership, healthy company cultures, and improved relationships.
