Developing a “strengths lens” around natural talents and blindspots is beneficial when making career or employee choices, understanding team dynamics, and taking on or delegating assignments.
Performance Coaching is a 12-week focused program intended to jumpstart productivity. The program starts with developing lead indicators and includes weekly accountability. The benefit is increased focus that improves productivity.
